The location of this hotel was amazing, right in the middle of a bustling street with easy access to all attractions. the internet connection was good, perfect for staying connected during the trip. the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

the lack of sound isolation made it noisy, and we could hear everything from the corridor and the neighbors.

When reserved through Booked.net we considered that the charge was reasonable and lower than an alternative initial choice which transpired to hjave no vacancies. We visited for my wife's birthday treat, for another significant decade has passed. The location of the hotel could not be more central but superbly quiet! I recommend the week-long-breakfast-package at 50% off, regrettably we chose to mix with the locals for Orange Juice, Croissants and Coffees at little saving!! We do hope to return, possibly for my birthday, during a much cooler March and we will choose the same hotel.

No cnn/uk News programmes available in rooms, only in lounge, tv entertainment is not needed on holiday, but it would have been good to update with any news. Strangely there was no bar nor restaurant, save for breakfast, but then I guess the nearby surfeit of bars and restaurants does not warrant the hotels need ... drinks were available by "vend machine"

The bedrooms were very clean and tidy, and for the proce the overall design of the hotel seemed like very good value for money. Overall a very nice hotel to stay at.

The only downside would be the lack of privicy in the bathrooms; only a frosted glass door and no lock kept you apart from the other room mates. The shower leaked but that was probably a one off. Good location but at the heart of Las Ramblas there were many pick pockets, and not even subtle either.

Pros: Great location, nice patio area, great room darkening window coverings if you like to sleep late in the morning.

Cons: The bed was extremely hard, the pillows were also hard and flat. The patio is very nice, but they have a garden area, and the walk way that goes to the rooms takes you right past the patio, so not very private, and can get loud at night as people come home.

This hotel has a perfect location for a city break, right in the middle of Las Ramblas and close to transport links. The room was very clean with a modern layout and the jet shower was superb. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent value for money.

The only thing I would mention is that if you have small children or are a poor sleeper ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel as the hustle and bustle of the city can be a bit noisy at night.

Location, stuff, courtyard

We had a problem with non-working designer shower, but it happens even in or home, so it's a not big deal

The location is good for getting out and about but there are plenty of other hotels to choose from in similar locations.

Breakfast, No air conditioning working in the room, no double glazing although right over a street with a busy bar which is open 20 hours a day. staff not really caring.
